"Air Songs" is a collection of solo improvisations, outdoor sessions, and meditative studio works recorded between Winter and Spring of 2022. Drawing inspiration from the elemental force of air, the music explores its role as the great equalizer, the bringer of life, and the origin of all stories. The compositions celebrate the breath, a universal and grounding presence in our daily lives.

Hiram’s instruments include flutes crafted from Walnut, Cedar, and Rosewood, along with synthesizer, electric piano, bass guitar, pocket sax, voice, shruti box, and electronic processing. The work also features natural soundscapes from the environments in which it was recorded.
